I went for getting my daughter vaccinated for 4 different doses in the month of 9-12 but only 2 was given and 2 wasn't and even after asking for the rest 2 vaccine which wasn't given no any rationale was provided.
Niether the next date of vacccination is updated on the card.

Is this the way every child will get vaccinated and we will get rid of diseases like we got in case of Polio?
