USCIS has announced that it will process I-539 dependent applications with H-1B applications if they are received together, meaning H-4 approval notices will arrive quicker! Let us know when your extension is up if you have dependents and we will file your petitions together!

Very important reminder for our faculty and staff currently waiting on the status of their Forms I-765 and I-131!

When I-485 applicants file Forms I-765 and I-131 at the same time, we often adjudicate the I-765 first. If approved, we issue an Employment Authorization Document without any notation about the advanced parole application. We will then adjudicate the Form I-131 separately.
