⚠️ STATUS UPDATE ⚠️ UAB campus phones are currently experiencing outbound calling issues with calls receiving "the number you have dialed is not in service". This is due to an outage with our Vendor.

UAB’s approved survey tool, Qualtrics, and eSignature tool, Adobe Sign, now offer a library of core-forward branding with UAB colors and logos to ensure forms are unified with the University’s new brand.
Forms created before the branding changes will need to be manually updated.
