For your information, President Flanagan's message on return-to-campus safety measures. In summary: there will be no mandatory vaccination requirement and no mandatory mask requirement, but he says, "the university may reimpose mandatory masking if there is a temporary outbreak."

This is an important court decisions for Alberta's labour unions. The Kenney government is in the process of doing something similar here with Bill 32, which is a clear attempt to defund & defang unions in the political arena by tying them up in loads of red tape.
