Today was an amazing day.
We not only had the honour of seeing our graduating students walk across the convocation stage, we also had the chance to celebrate right alongside them at a special drop in event with their family and friends.
We hope that this special moment in time was as memorable for all of you as it was for our faculty and staff.
Your journey is just beginning, and we're already very proud to call you alumni.

Think of it as a sensual approach to materials engineering.
Students in this course learn how to produce the more tactile qualities of chocolate – like the crisp snap and smooth texture that are all part of the scrumptious experience.
The "Engineering of Chocolate" takes students from "bean-to bar" providing them with a tastier take on concepts they've already applied to more conventional materials like steel or concrete.
The difference, says course instructor Elizabeth Lee, is that they are "strongly encouraged to eat their results."
