@GodrejAppliance I absolutely agree with the Godrej promise. My ac had a fault in the second year, the service center declined warranty, so I reached out to Godrej - and they made sure that all repairs were done promptly including coil replacement, gas charging, labour at zero cost. It’s true 🙏

@GodrejAppliance Extremely disappointed with the Godrej AC Services. The technician from Hamdan Aircon came in, denied the 5 year warranty, he gave a Paid Service and collected money without solving the Gas Charging problem. Also denied free replacement of remote. Please help!

Fun City at DLF Noida is not following fair trade practices in win games. Mostly all claws are kept loose and the toys are tightly packed so that there is no chance of winning. Spoils the mood of entertainment. Disappointed!

Absolutely unprofessional and biased #Swimming Competition organized by #Trisklet at the #Dhyanchand Stadium. Extremely unprofessional organizers, very poor management, first prizes were manipulated for the 15000 prize. @speedo @sai4india should take note please.

@_countrydelight The Instant Delivery option is overrated. It will give a 30 minutes timer, and then when 5 minutes are left it will keep resetting the timer. Customer support number doesn’t connect and the automated tickets which promise a callback never result in a callback.

•The chatbot acknowledged the concern by opening a ticket, but no agent followed up with a callback.
•The delivery was delayed as the assigned executive was handling multiple orders simultaneously. (3/3)

•The app timer initially triggered a 30-minute countdown, but kept resetting to 5 minutes when less than 5 minutes remained, creating confusion.
