Here is an at home workout to keep you moving when you are stuck at https://t.co/kvJHvA6nJj can do 3x20 or you can do as many reps as possible for 20 sec w/ 15 sec rest and go through the circuit 2-3x. Use can use a milk jug or a backpack full of books for more resistance.
