Sportybet doesn’t set the line, the leagues set their own lines.
The average pace of a basketball has increased by atleast 5-7 more possessions, and the efficiencies are doing +5 more points per 100 possessions recently.
That’s an average of 7+ increment for an average team, if you adjust for fast and accurate teams, you are getting 16+ points increments.
Vegas automatically adjusted the lines to the new rhythm of the performances of each league….. they dare not inflate the lines blindly when there are options to pick unders and turn the tide against them.
Italian A2 is one of the few leagues that keep its tempo and shooting ability (70 possessions and 110 ORtg for the 3rd consecutive year) that’s why their lines remain the same for 4 consecutive years, 155 for average match ups.
The rapidness and speed of teams like Paris, Valencia, Pablo Burgos and massive increment in 3s attempt are what inflated the lines.
You might think 86 points is too high to cover in 20 minutes until you watch Valencia, Rytas, Bnei, Nymburk etc do 110 points in just first half.
We should rather do our assignments more, pray for grace and luck, if a line is too high for what we project, let it go, or pick it under.
The lines do not matter on our days, let’s hope for more positive days.
You're making money, living the good life, but when last did you check the one thing that pays for all of it? Your health.

Your wealth means nothing if you're not around to enjoy it. Go get checked and take good care of yourself 👍🏻
The reason we learn and practise freediving is because it teaches you how to stay calm under pressure, train your mind and body, move efficiently and manage oxygen consumption.
I had my own difficult moments in Apra Harbor, same thing. I miscalculated but then again we rest, recover properly, and go back in.
The sweet trap about free-diving is that going down can be the easy and exciting part… this is where most people get carried away. That feeling of “you are in a world of your own.”
You set a target.
Then you want to go a little deeper.
You want to stay a little longer.
You want to see what is beneath you.
But eventually, you have to come back up, and that is where poor judgement can become very dangerous.
5 seconds into the ascent you already know what is in for you… if you are good or if you have pushed too far.
The worst thing you can do at that point is panic. Panic increases your workload and oxygen demand when your body is already under stress.
This is exactly why freediving should NEVER be done alone.
Well, free diving is not something you just wake up and go do on your own, there is a learning curve and you do not begin by chasing depth.
You learn gradually starting with:
Technique.
Breathing.
Equalisation.
Recovery.
Safety procedures.
Buddy rescue… bla bla bla.
Then, little by little, metre by metre, your ability develops.
This is one of the best things you can learn, and after your 1st or 2nd lesson, your fears would have been eliminated.
#SafetyFirst.
Men dem,
The moment you leave your bed and your feet hit the ground, do push-ups. Don’t count. Just do as many as your body can take.
That’s one of the best times to do it, before procrastination wins or distractions take over your day.

For clarity, when I say I want the people around me to be brutal with me, I don’t mean disrespectful or disregardful. I mean I want them to challenge my decisions when they genuinely believe I am making the wrong one.
There have been times when I wanted to shut down a project, not because the project was failing or because anything was fundamentally wrong with it, but simply because the stress was becoming too much for me. Shutting it down was my way of escaping that stress.
Now imagine you have invested your own time and energy into building something with me, and one day I suddenly say, “Let’s shut it down.”
Don’t just agree with me because I am the founder. Talk to me. Tell me why you disagree. Remind me why you believe in what we are building. Show me why you think it can still succeed.
I am not a dictator in my businesses, and the people around me know that. They have room to challenge me, question me and disagree with me without it becoming disrespect.
At the same time, I take responsibility for my own weaknesses and mistakes. I am not blaming anybody for decisions I made. I have learned from them.
I don’t see myself making that kind of decision again, but if I ever do, I want the people building with me to have enough conviction to say, “No. I think you’re wrong, and here is why.”
That is the kind of relationship I want with the people I build with.
Good morning.
@spiRiituaL This is actually a very strong lesson for me right now, especially with the number of things I've been thinking about and trying to figure out the path to serious money. I don't necessarily need another brilliant idea. I need to pick one, stay with it long enough to become good.

Who go win don already know say he go win.
Procrastination is a sweet sauce that helps you fail and it helps you understand that your failure is not negotiable.
