Judge - So what happened, even if she filed cases? She is your wife.
Atul Subhash - Ma'am, if you look at the NCRB data, thousands of men are committing suicide due to false cases.
Nikita Singhania - So why don't you commit suicide too?
Judge - Starts laughing.
"Justice is Due.”
These words were scrawled across an A4 sheet glued to Atul Subhash’s chest, a top AI expert in Bengaluru, when his lifeless body was found. The scene unraveled a grim story—a man cornered by the weight of relentless harassment, both personal and legal. (1/15)
A suicide has shook the nation and this reminds me of a family from Jaipur.
I was their tenant once. They have a huge house in Raja Park, which is one of the richest neighbourhoods of Jaipur.
They have 2 sons. Older is married and has a kid.
He lives in a rented house few streets away and I always used to wonder why.

This is heartbreaking, truly heartbreaking. I am sad and angry. Atul Subhash, an AI engineer, tragically took his own life after enduring constant harassment from the court and his ex-wife over alimony. #JusticeForAtulSubhash
A young man, Atul Subhash, lost his life by suicide.
- His greedy wife was receiving ₹40,000 every month as maintenance,
- Even though she worked at Accenture and earned money herself.
- She wanted ₹2-4 lakhs.
- His wife told him to delete himself.
- The court judge laughed at him.
His wife will never face any punishment.
The laws will never change in India.
Arrest Nikita Singhania for abetment to Sцicde!
Pls fire her from your organization @Accenture.
No man should be subjected to what he went through💔
