Year 8 Ready Steady Cook.
The students worked in four teams India, Mexico, Spain and Italy. Each team was given a tray of ingredients and were asked to create two dishes from scratch.

Year 12 Teacake challenge in Food Tech today.
Using an identical set of ingredients the students were set the challenge of producing the most appealing plated up teacke using a range of garnish techniques in under 50 minutes.
