We are pleased to announce that UC Plus Version 3.1 is now available!

This is a major maintenance release that includes the addition of new CRM Integrations, updates to some existing CRM Integrations, and the introduction of CRMs that support Activity Logging.

“Call activity” logging is a way for UC Plus to write/log phone call activity directly to the integrated CRM platform.

Compatible CRMs include ConnectWise, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Sugar, and Netsuite.

As of 31/12/19, Zoho are sunsetting their V1.0 API. As we use the API for Zoho CRM integration with ucplus, we will soon be updating our addin to use the V2.0 API instead.
