Spring recess has ended, but the joy of the season remains. Our Community School Director, Arlene Santos, organized BWA's Paint & Sip event, which offered a wonderful combination of learning and relaxation. We are very grateful to LEAP and our BWA family for their support.
We cannot let the month of March end without celebrating our social workers and all that they do for our students. For instance, students from P.S. 30 recently showcased the tools they have been using to support emotional well-being at the SEL RULER Showcase in Harlem.
Happy Valentine's Day! At UCS, we proudly spread love the Brooklyn way. Our Brooklyn schools, BLES and Gotham, dedicate themselves to showering their students and community with the love they truly deserve.

Our Community School Director, Nector Santiago, did an excellent job organizing and hosting a Grab-N-Go food giveaway. Students and parents not only left with food from our Mother Cabrini Grant, but also received healthy recipes to accompany them.
