UCSD charges a flat fee for students that take over ~8.0 units of classes. Total is ~$5500, but $1800 less if you are part-time.

Once you run out of G.I.Bill money, apply for scholarships if you have >3.0GPA. Then get a Perkins SUBSIDIZED loan for the rest.
