📢 A small reflection today...
Recently, we published a new video on BHealthy Media. While we've had videos reach thousands and even hundreds of thousands of views before, this time something struck me differently.
I looked at our latest video statistics and realized something important. 12,000 Views? No. 12,000 People.
It's funny how we celebrate views online, but rarely stop to think about the humans behind them.
What if every YouTube view suddenly became a real person standing in front of you?
When we translate digital engagement into real-world impact, the significance becomes clearer.
Imagine BK Arena filled to its capacity. Thousands of Rwandans sitting together, not for entertainment, not for a concert, but simply to spend 30 minutes learning how to prevent disease, improve health outcomes, and make informed decisions for themselves and their families.
Those are not merely 12,000+ views. They represent 12,000 individuals who actively chose to engage with health information.
This highlights an important reality: Communities are actively seeking credible, accessible, and understandable health information.
That is what these numbers truly represent.
A growing community that wants to understand health.
A community that wants to prevent illness before it happens.
A community that wants reliable information in a world full of confusion and misinformation.
Every person who watches, shares, asks questions, and applies what they learn contributes to something much bigger than a video. They contribute to healthier families, communities and ultimately, a healthier nation.
Together, we are helping build a healthier and more informed community.
As healthcare professionals, communicators, policymakers, and public health stakeholders, we should not underestimate the role of digital health education in prevention and health promotion.

My Goal Is Not More Patients. My Goal Is More Healthy People.
I don't want to see you in the hospital.
Of course, when you are sick, I will do everything I can to help. That is my responsibility and my passion.
But over the years, I have learned something and want to share it with you,
If more people understood how diseases happen, how lifestyle choices affect health, and what simple steps they could take every day to protect themselves, many illnesses could be prevented before they ever required a doctor's visit.
The reality is that nobody enjoys being a patient.
Not you.
Not your family.
And honestly, even doctors wish their patients never had to suffer from preventable diseases.
That is why I spend time creating health content, sharing practical tips, answering questions, and educating communities.
I believe knowledge is one of the strongest tools we have in healthcare.
A simple piece of information can help someone:
✅ Detect a disease earlier
✅ Avoid unhealthy habits
✅ Make better lifestyle choices
✅ Protect their family
✅ Reduce preventable health complications
This is the vision behind @bhealthyrw
We're building more than a platform.
We're building a community that learns together, grows together, and becomes healthier together.
If you believe health education can change lives, join us.
Join the movement toward better health through knowledge. Follow BHealthy, learn something new every day, and help us build a healthier community together.
Its okay sharing this post with someone who believes prevention is better than treatment. #BHealthyrw
