CBSE people didn't configure their AWS bucket properly and now we can paginate & enumerate all their media which has 2026 answersheets & question papers. ListObjectsV2 works without any auth and the bucket root is listable too — anyone on the internet can download any scanned booklet — across institutions. Multiple institutions are using the same bucket, insanely insecure.
GOOOOD MORNINGGGGG CBSEEE @cbseindia29
can you please explain why:
1) in the may tender, the financial years were FY21, FY22, FY23 and limit set to 50 cr
> where coempt fails, by 14.83% margin.
> coempt does not ask to decrease the budget in PBC
> coempt did not ask to change/update the FY
/// result: tender gets cancelled
2) in the august tender, just 3 months later, the financial years change to FY22, FY23, FY24
> coempt clears this, by a 1.7% margin.
Questions:
May Comes After the Start of April, that is the new Financial Year, Why were the financial years not updated in the earlier tender?
Why did CBSE not lower it down to 30 crores, as some bidder suggested, (which reports suggest, might be present in earlier RfP) as some bidder suggested.
why not changed to 30 cr, to invite more bidders (if that was the goal with other relaxations in the RfP),
I would like my questions answered, Thanks

Day 1 of the AI Impact Summit turned to be a pain for us.
I came genuinely excited, it was the first time the summit was being hosted in India, and I wanted to show up personally to support the ecosystem and the government’s push.
But what happened next was shocking.
At 12 noon, security personnel arrived to sanitise and cordon off the area ahead of the visit by PM Modi visit at 2pm.
I explained that we’re building India’s first patented AI wearable at NeoSapien and requested a chance to showcase it.
One officer told others to let me stay, and they left.
Then another group came and ordered us to leave immediately. Seemed like there was lack of co-ordination between the security itself.
I asked: “Should we take our wearables?”
They said, others are leaving even laptops behind, security will take care.
Trusting them, I left. Hoping that the wearables will be safe, and If I am lucky, it might catch the eye of PM Modi.
Gates were closed from 12–6pm. Much much longer than expected.
Later we found out that our wearables were stolen.
Think about this: We paid for flights, accommodation, logistics and even the booth. Only to see our wearables disappear inside a high-security zone.
If only security and official entourage had access, how did this happen?
This is extremely disappointing.
Time flies and @ChessbaseIndia celebrates its first jubilee - 10 years.
Ten years ago Sagar, who started it as a passionate player and enthusiast, got an agreement and blessing of @ChessBase - to use their name and brand, and to represent the company in India and SEA region.
Gukesh, Pragg and Arjun just started their journey.
Indian chess boom was nowhere in sight. The genius of Vishy, and successes of Harikrishna, Sasikiran, Ganguly, Negi, Humpy, Harika and others already put the country very high in the chess ierarchy - but something important was missing.
Here comes Sagar. Tireless promoter of the game. Genuinely interested in every aspect. Top pros, talented kids, open tournaments, female chess, school competitions - Sagar (and later his team) were everywhere. Countless videos, interviews, reports - all made with the love and respect for chess.
Comes Covid. And FIDE Online Olympiad 2020.
And the seeds of Sagar's work bloom overnight.
Real chess fever starts in India. Government, mainstream media and sponsors saw the interest - as a result we witness almost unprecedented rise of chess in any given country. It is so big, that the impact on global chess is massive.
Sagar and his team played a crucial role in this monumental shift.
Wishing to CBI to keep going strong to the benefit of every passionate chess player in this world. Bravo!
