The Upper Darby Police Department is assisting the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office Criminal Investigation Division with the execution of a warrant in the 5200 block of Gramercy Drive.

The Upper Darby Township Police Department is investigating a burglary that happened early this morning.
A male entered a home through an unlocked front window. The homeowner heard someone inside and came downstairs.

🚨 Public Update 🚨
We want to provide an update regarding several incidents that occurred tonight following the fireworks event hosted by Upper Darby Township.
After the event, officers were working to safely clear the area and help people leave.

As a result, numerous individuals were arrested.
Due to the size of the groups involved, Upper Darby Police requested assistance from neighboring police departments to help control the crowds and assist with arrests.

Public Alert

Today between 11:45 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., there will be a 21-gun salute for a veteran at Saint Andrews Church, 535 Mason Avenue, as part of funeral services.

This is a customary military honor, and the funeral home is authorized to conduct it.
