You educated but still deeply foolish woman. You walked into a pharmacy, not a hospital, not a clinic, not even a proper GP’s office, and somehow expected the man behind the counter to conduct a full otoscopic examination, take a detailed history, rule out labyrinthitis or otitis media, and then hold your hand while explaining differential diagnoses. That is not how the world works, and every adult in Nigeria knows it. Yet here you are, on timeline, performing shock and moral superiority because he wrote Augmentin and Diclofenac without interrogating you like a professor of ENT.

You already knew the right thing to do. You just refused to do it. You refused to spend the money and the time to go to a proper facility. You chose convenience, then turned around and called the pharmacist lazy when convenience did not come with specialist care. That is peak Nigerian hypocrisy: create the shortcut yourself, suffer the predictable result, then look for the nearest available health worker to blame so you can feel like the victim.

You even rejected the prescribed drug on price and ran to ChatGPT for a cheaper alternative. So the issue was never really the quality of the consultation. It was money and pride. Now you want to lecture an entire profession about standards while you yourself were too unserious to walk into a hospital. Continue going to that same pharmacy. Keep describing your spinning head and muffled hearing to the man with the pen. Keep acting surprised when he does not perform miracles. You are not seeking care. You are seeking an audience and a scapegoat. Sit down and own your unseriousness.

The sad reality is that a practicing doctor with a thriving private practice is just one false accusation and litigation from being broke.

This was Dr Noah Kekere post court victory interview explaining his ordeal and appealing to the government to come and assist him in re-opening his facility which initially employed about 25 staffs.

As usual only one face book account reported this interview other media houses that once reported him as a quack and organ harvester went silent and nothing happened to the false accuser.

The most painful part was that in all of this NMA's position was that he wasn't a doctor, then why are we as doctors paying dues to our medical association?

One reason I think Arsenal is going to have a great season is that they’re going to be playing without the mental baggage of, “We need to win the league for the first time in 22 years.”

There’s a degree of freedom they’re going to play with this season. That pressure is gone. They’ve already climbed the mountain, they know what it feels like to be champions, and now they can focus on building on it rather than constantly chasing something that has been missing from the club for two decades.

And I think that changes the mentality of the team. Last season, every difficult run, every dropped point, every title-race moment carried the weight of history. This season, they’re defending something they already own. There’s a different confidence that comes with that.

The irony is that Arsenal could actually become more relaxed and more aggressive now that they’ve finally won it. They can play with the belief that they belong at the top, rather than the anxiety of trying to prove that they belong there.

And look at the environment around them as well. Arsenal have continuity with Mikel Arteta, while several of their major rivals are starting new managerial eras.

So for me, the biggest difference isn’t just the quality of Arsenal’s squad. It’s the psychology.

They’re no longer the team trying to end a 22-year wait.

They’re the champions trying to establish an era.

A young doctor was recently stabbed to death in port Harcourt which is a national issue, yet no update from NMA challenging the government to investigate and arrest the culprits.

If not for PMUS and NARD, the average Nigerian doctor won't even know what it means to have a Union.

Like I said here, Tzolis already has 2 assists in this game. If you add his pre-season games, that’s 4 assists already. Now you understand why he had 37 assists over the past two seasons and created 200+ chances.

This is exactly what I was talking about when I said his decision-making is one of his biggest weapons. He’s not just receiving the ball and trying to beat the full-back every time. He’s constantly looking for the final action the pass, the cutback, the through ball, or the shot.

And that’s what makes his numbers sustainable. He’s not a player who needs everything to go perfectly before he can influence a game. He can create for himself, create for others and attack space without the ball.

The Premier League will obviously be a different test, but the early signs are already there. Arsenal didn’t just sign a winger who can dribble. They signed a player who understands how to produce.
