You educated but still deeply foolish woman. You walked into a pharmacy, not a hospital, not a clinic, not even a proper GP’s office, and somehow expected the man behind the counter to conduct a full otoscopic examination, take a detailed history, rule out labyrinthitis or otitis media, and then hold your hand while explaining differential diagnoses. That is not how the world works, and every adult in Nigeria knows it. Yet here you are, on timeline, performing shock and moral superiority because he wrote Augmentin and Diclofenac without interrogating you like a professor of ENT.
You already knew the right thing to do. You just refused to do it. You refused to spend the money and the time to go to a proper facility. You chose convenience, then turned around and called the pharmacist lazy when convenience did not come with specialist care. That is peak Nigerian hypocrisy: create the shortcut yourself, suffer the predictable result, then look for the nearest available health worker to blame so you can feel like the victim.
You even rejected the prescribed drug on price and ran to ChatGPT for a cheaper alternative. So the issue was never really the quality of the consultation. It was money and pride. Now you want to lecture an entire profession about standards while you yourself were too unserious to walk into a hospital. Continue going to that same pharmacy. Keep describing your spinning head and muffled hearing to the man with the pen. Keep acting surprised when he does not perform miracles. You are not seeking care. You are seeking an audience and a scapegoat. Sit down and own your unseriousness.
Gyökeres has received more scrutiny than Isak, and it makes absolutely no sense.
One cost £55m, scored 21 goals in his Premier League debut season and led his club to their first Premier League title in 22 years.
The other is a ready-made Premier League player who joined the reigning champions for €140m, and he has only scored four goals.
The difference in standards is insane.
“Female Police Officer Reveals Shocking Discoveries During a Visit to Secondary School…”
"You don't say!”
A rotten, morally bankrupt society picking out some young people - the product of its moral decay- for the gratification of its vanity.
The Supreme Court does abracadabra judgment, the politicians rob the country blind, INEC rigs elections, the Police rob and the Army unleashes violence on civilians, a young girl dies in a Minister’s house and nothing happens, etc.
These realities degrade and erode the moral fiber of society.
Performative outrage!
Mbappe, you see this one, no amount of Ballon d’Ors anyone wins can put them ahead of him. He’s the best player of his generation, and there’s no competition for him.
People can argue about who has had the better season or who deserves individual awards, but when you’re talking about the best player of this generation, it’s Mbappe. He’s in a league of his own.
And I’m not even talking about who has the better season or who wins individual awards. I’m talking about the level of player he is. No one comes close.
A men who can easily get a 10
will choose a 6 for a relationship.
So when you see the hot guy with an average-looking girl and say “what’s he doing with her?”
you’re missing the entire point.
Looks stop mattering a lot sooner than most people think.
Beauty is impressive… until she opens her mouth.
After that, you’re stuck building a life with the human attached to that face.
Too many attractive women spend their whole lives being rewarded just for existing.
They never have to develop the character, or maturity required to actually build something real.
That’s why the man who could have what he wants, is less hypnotized by physical attributes.
He already knows what the average guy still hasn’t figured out:
A beautiful woman will not substitute respect.
Men who sit around ranking “how hot is she” are average dudes.
The man who knows his value deliberately avoids the woman every other man is chasing.
Because while lust might attract…
Peace is what makes you stay.
The sad reality is that a practicing doctor with a thriving private practice is just one false accusation and litigation from being broke.
This was Dr Noah Kekere post court victory interview explaining his ordeal and appealing to the government to come and assist him in re-opening his facility which initially employed about 25 staffs.
As usual only one face book account reported this interview other media houses that once reported him as a quack and organ harvester went silent and nothing happened to the false accuser.
The most painful part was that in all of this NMA's position was that he wasn't a doctor, then why are we as doctors paying dues to our medical association?
@ThatCruiseMedic I think it's time we drag this NMA. It's time we start having conversations about how this association does nothing for doctors. We've kept quiet too long.
Some mothers who were in abusive marriages shielded their sons from what their husbands were doing while trauma-dumping on their daughters.
Now those daughters are grown women desperately trying not to become their mothers, carrying anger from their fathers and projecting it onto every man they meet. Meanwhile, some men are looking for women who are like their mothers and failing miserably.
It’s sad. A lot of you need therapy. Your parents were terrible spouses, and you’re still living with the consequences.
Imagine a 3-year-old with an iPhone.
Not the parent's phone or her older sibling’s phone. HIS OWN iPHONE! For what?
Classism?
Because you can afford it, you now give a 3-year-old a smartphone and everybody is supposed to clap because “at least he has his own”?
A 3-year-old does not need an iPhone. She needs to play, talk, run around, make a mess, ask you 700 questions a day and generally behave like the small child that she is.
Money can buy the phone.
It cannot buy the developmental readiness to use it.
And please, “my child knows how to use technology” is not the flex some of you think it is.
You bought the iPhone. The child is the one paying the developmental bill.
One reason I think Arsenal is going to have a great season is that they’re going to be playing without the mental baggage of, “We need to win the league for the first time in 22 years.”
There’s a degree of freedom they’re going to play with this season. That pressure is gone. They’ve already climbed the mountain, they know what it feels like to be champions, and now they can focus on building on it rather than constantly chasing something that has been missing from the club for two decades.
And I think that changes the mentality of the team. Last season, every difficult run, every dropped point, every title-race moment carried the weight of history. This season, they’re defending something they already own. There’s a different confidence that comes with that.
The irony is that Arsenal could actually become more relaxed and more aggressive now that they’ve finally won it. They can play with the belief that they belong at the top, rather than the anxiety of trying to prove that they belong there.
And look at the environment around them as well. Arsenal have continuity with Mikel Arteta, while several of their major rivals are starting new managerial eras.
So for me, the biggest difference isn’t just the quality of Arsenal’s squad. It’s the psychology.
They’re no longer the team trying to end a 22-year wait.
They’re the champions trying to establish an era.
You tell your medical association that they are not doing a good job concerning doctors welfare in the country and the next thing they block you😂😂
Nigeria doctors should thank God for NARD and PMUS, just imagine he didn't come into office.
@awoyemijoshua61 Dude is quite pathetic at this point and possibly doing this for rage bait. In the end, he doesn't even know how to add up. 1 win and 3 draws now equal 5 pts. Lol...Sad.
Time to fill questionnaire you people remembered Doctors in the house.
House officers will not be paid on time we won't see any update from you.
Doctors will be assaulted at work we won't see any update from you.
A young doctor was recently stabbed to death in port Harcourt which is a national issue, yet no update from NMA challenging the government to investigate and arrest the culprits.
If not for PMUS and NARD, the average Nigerian doctor won't even know what it means to have a Union.
But time to fill questionnaire, you people suddenly remember Doctors in the house
Typical "Lazy leukocyte syndrome"
😂😂😂
You people are oblivious of how indoctrination works.
You see how you are no longer irritated by gay scenes in movies??? Remember the first time you saw it in a movie and felt it was cringe. These days you either skip and see it as one of those things. That’s how indoctrination works. They keep feeding you in bits till you go from
utter disgust —>indifference—> acceptance
They are doing the same thing with books. At this point in time, we shouldn’t be pushing an agenda that benefits nobody. You now see girls that already hate men at 18. It is not normaloooo.
Before a dunderhead decides to move mad, kindly note that I’ve not said that all men are innocent.
Like I said here, Tzolis already has 2 assists in this game. If you add his pre-season games, that’s 4 assists already. Now you understand why he had 37 assists over the past two seasons and created 200+ chances.
This is exactly what I was talking about when I said his decision-making is one of his biggest weapons. He’s not just receiving the ball and trying to beat the full-back every time. He’s constantly looking for the final action the pass, the cutback, the through ball, or the shot.
And that’s what makes his numbers sustainable. He’s not a player who needs everything to go perfectly before he can influence a game. He can create for himself, create for others and attack space without the ball.
The Premier League will obviously be a different test, but the early signs are already there. Arsenal didn’t just sign a winger who can dribble. They signed a player who understands how to produce.
