I was finally able to make payment from USA. I tried the following banks; Chase, and Wells Fargo, but all payments got rejected, not until I tried a Credit Union CC. Though I had to be on phone with the Fraud Unit of the bank during the transaction. So try a CU card.

@Motawif_SA I just checked the status of my application. Unfortunately, I have been dropped from the draw. In sha Allah next year would be my time for hajj.
