Thank you for the analysis. I can see how it resembles a reflection. One thing I noticed is that, when slowed down, it appears that whatever it is moves behind the pole around the 10-second mark. Regarding the possibility of the video being edited, it seems to have been a genuine live stream based on this screen recording: https://t.co/Je1DW2cc66. While this makes editing less likely, it is still technically possible that it could have been a pre-recorded live stream.
