Forests are incredibly important for the planet. Many of them are being destroyed by agricultural use, land development and forest fires. Conservation and restoration of forests should be a goal of many departments and organizations and should be implemented quickly.💚🌱🌿☘️🌲🌳

Tomorrow will be anxious for itself.

Today was my first visit to @asantewm on personal note (post @GggiUganda ) to recycle ♻️ our households waste. Every time I visit I am more impressed. Waste doesn’t have to be a problem, waste is a money maker if you do it right! Collect.Sort.Recycle @RAMasante

It's not a matter of "if" Uganda will go green, but "when".

A single tree can absorb 21.772 kilograms of CO2 per year.

But that's not all.

It also filters pollutants and releases oxygen.

Plant more trees.

Uganda is a country known for its lush green vegetation and a variety of natural resources.

But this is changing at an alarming rate.

Is it too late to turn back?

Never.

Let's make #UgandaGoGreenAgain 🌱

[Abraham Musasizi @UgEnvironment]

I am on a mission to empower the local communities in Uganda to take care of their own environment.

Together we can make a difference.

[Abraham Musasizi @UgEnvironment]

We won't save the planet by getting everyone to care about the environment.

We will save the planet by making it profitable to do so.

[Abraham Musasizi @UgEnvironment]

Our environment is our biggest asset as Ugandans.

We need to do everything we can to protect it.

#UgandagoGreenAgain

[Abraham Musasizi @UgEnvironment]

We've been given a gift.

To live in an era where we can change the world.

And the best part?

It's never been cheaper to do so.

[Abraham Musasizi @UgEnvironment]

Adopting innovative eco-friendly policies 🌿

Empowering local communities for conservation 🙌

Educating on sustainable agriculture practices 🌾

Key to making Uganda green again? Sustainable progress over fleeting solutions.

[Abraham Musasizi @UgEnvironment]

Uganda's green revival doesn't need a magic wand.

It needs hands willing to plant seeds today for a greener tomorrow.

Join the movement. #GreenUganda

[Abraham Musasizi @UgEnvironment]

Uganda's key to going green:

1) Plant more trees.
2) Promote renewable energy.
3) Reduce plastic waste.
4) Educate the masses.

Simple steps, massive impact. Let's make it happen.

[Abraham Musasizi @UgEnvironment]

Uganda will be the first country in Africa to use electric buses.

This is what progress looks like.

[Abraham Musasizi @UgEnvironment]

Good people are like trees.

They don't need to chase the sun.

They grow where they're planted.

Ugandans are those trees.

Your network is your net worth.

What if you were the dumbest person in the room?

Surround yourself with people who force you to level up.

Community expands your mind:

- Exposes you to diverse perspectives.
- Challenges your existing beliefs.
- Inspires new ways of thinking.

Investing in community is investing in your growth.
