5. Stay in your own path. Don’t try to jump to every shiny Object, but have a healthy balance. See every other trader as a mirror or teacher for maximize your learning curve.
Having a profitable strategy is one thing, making it work long term is a different ball game on it’s own. Not everyone can handle an actual profitable strategy and scale up with it, these are the things I’ve learnt over the years

4. Don’t compare your results with another trader. Comparison is the thief of joy, the trader you admire today went through personal battles to get the the level where he is admired.
3. You need to be disciplined in real life too. Trading mirrors real life, the lack of this understanding can keep you unconscious to your losses and can even risk entering a tilt
2. You can do everything right and still lose, the edge is being able to be present in the next trade without the emotional baggage from the last trade
1. Profitable trading is very boring. You don’t need an exciting strategy, you also don’t need the dopamine rush from being right. You just need to make money
If you are someone who can’t take accountability as a person, trading might not be for you. It requires stripping of your ego, and not everyone can kill a version of themselves to reach the next level.
Beating yourself after a loss is often a signal for attachment wounds. Detachment is crucial as a trader because of what uncertainty does to the ego. All losses are information and should have nothing to do with your ability to execute the next trade.
It’s not really about how complex your analysis looks, it doesn’t matter if you cannot execute. What matters at the end of the day is if you press the buy or sell button. Keep it simple.
Once you find your edge protect what you have built. Ignore groups if you must and guard your ego from external validation. Avoiding this process can set you back a few months even years
Respect yourself and be graceful with your potential, don’t be moved by external forces especially as a trader. Always be willing to look inward for the answer.
Being ok with uncertainty is the hidden trick in profitability, being ok with the fact that it’s a process that keeps unfolding. Even when it’s not going well at the moment. Being present plays a huge role in your edge.
