We were at the 12th edition of The All Nigerian Universities Debating Championship! 🏆

I know, I know — you probably already knew that.😎 But let's relive the experience through the lens 🤳🏾of the University of Ibadan British Parliamentary Debating Society! ✨

... that unlike values like punctuality or honesty appreciation lacks a clear and measurable standard and is thus hypocritical.

It was the most engaging debate and everyone "cooked" the most interesting theories ever!

"THBT Appreciation is Hypocritical"

OG says appreciation fosters a transactional mindset and diminishes the spirit of empathy but OO says appreciation is a genuine response that arises naturally in our world of mutual exchange.
