So, slow #progress on getting NT back in the air, but this year @pophamgyros and I get to repaint the fuselage, recover the wings, rebuild the engine and, #fingerscrossed commit #fixedwing #aviation

These are part of the completely new horizontal stabiliser and rebuilt rudder. The original had some light #reengineering by oxidation and light #nestbuilding additions.

Originally she had an A65 Continental and was only fitted with a centre fuselage tank. As we’re fitting a C85 she needs a higher head of gravity fed fuel for all the new horses, but we’re also going for more #endurance.
