Love the element of surprise on my @UkbbqSchool classes, tonight's private steak masterclass in the bbq Lodge showed the guys how epic cabbage could be, and that rump steak seared and wrapped with clotted cream is possibly the best way to cook a steak ever... ❤️🔥

Epic bbq going down in Prague - Big Smokers absolutely nailing it 🔥 highly recommended... Great beer, great bbq what's not to like, I went for 3 meats, beef cheek, short rib and pulled pork, with the special boudin balls on the side...
