ATTENTION RESIDENTS!! If you are with out power and need water jugs filled up or charge your phones, you can go to station 1 on Mazerolle Settlement Rd or station 2 on route 640 Hanwell Rd. Pass along to anyone that’s in need and please be safe out there!

Route 102 is now open to traffic but paving will done in the next few days. Still use caution as this is still a construction zone. Thanks to DTIs hard work getting the road back open! @TrafficNB @CAN_INCIDENTS

Road closure update:

-Route 102 remains closed due to wash out

-Mazerolle Settlement road is being shut down by mountain road and river run camp ground

-70 marlow water is completely over the road

-water over the road at the power station on deerwood

-Mazerolle Settlement rd between Andrew st n Illingsworth is blocked due to a large tree down

-Route 102 at civic # 3460 has been cleared from that part of the 102

UPDATE!! ATTENTION!! Be advised route 102 by islandview vet has been shut down due to the road washing out underneath it. DTI is in route to assess the damage. Large tree n lines down just before the city limits on route 102 civic # 3460. Will have to find alternate route

With school beginning tomorrow, please watch out for children at bus stops and cross walks. It is very important to stop when a bus is stopped with their lights flashing. We wish everyone a safe and happy 2023-2024 school year!

The provincial 911 service is currently not working in Fredericton and other areas of the province.

In an emergency, Fredericton residents should call the Fredericton Police Force at 506-460-2300. Provincial NB911 is working to resolve the matter.

HWY 2 is closed at the km 280 east bound interchange. Traffic is being diverted on route 8 towards Fredericton until the transport can be removed. @TrafficNB

Highway conditions are poor and we have been out to multiple accidents between 255-284 km markers. If you have to go out please drive with extreme caution and watch out for emergency vehicles on the roads!
