@cryptowhaleboss@Plutus_Support Same here. Forced to pay £6.99 to avoid losing my PLUS, then found there’s no way for to use them. Years of spending on my Plutus card, and the reward is to pay them for a subscription.
@SkyNews@amandaakass We may be a small country but we're a great one, too. The country of Shakespeare, Churchill, the Beatles, Sean Connery, Harry Potter. David Beckham's right foot. David Beckham's left foot, come to that. And a friend who bullies us is no longer a friend

Hi @Plutus@DDhopn I’ve stacked a lot of PLU over the years, and earned 323+ PLUS in cashback.
But I can only redeem 1 PLUS/month (£10). That’s ~27 years to unlock my rewards… while paying £19.99/month for the privilege. This means I’m out of pocket every single month.
A 'Higher Cap' just refers to earning more PLUS, which is to no benefit given my first point.
Likewise with 'More Perks'.
These limits are reportedly “beta”, but we are not paying a beta subscription.
Please can you clarify and give definitive post-beta dates and revised top-up caps (e.g. £250 top-up limit from 1st Sep).
Without clear redemption timelines, this feels less like DeFi and more like a vault with no key.
