Summer season opener in the 400mH — 54.76 and 2nd place in my heat. Got beat by Andrew Jones who dropped a 51 which takes US#1👀. Not mad at it tho… just the beginning. I’ll get sharper and stronger as the season rolls. Stay tuned. #TrackSeason #400mH

After a bad fall in the 110 hurdles, I was crushed mentally and physically. I really thought it was over. But I kept my faith, stayed focused, and came back strong to win the 300m hurdles and take 1st place. Now I’m headed to state. God’s not done with me yet✝️
