@virginmedia Just tried stream again and this time I’m getting a message that says “out of home streaming in not permitted “ - I’m sitting 6 feet from my V6 box in the same room in my house!! Unbelievable!!!

@virginmedia Just done that - it says the wifi coverage in the room in which I was trying to stream video from the Virgin Medi app is “Great”

@virginmedia I can play programmes from Now TV and Apple TV so it doesn’t seem to be a problem with wifi - only the Virgin app won’t play

@virginmedia I know what the apps do. I was using the right one to try watch a programme on my iPad that I had saved to My Shows on my T6. I’m getting the same download speeds this morning but it still won’t play

@virginmedia Just trying to watch something on my iPad using the TV Control but it’s not streaming - did the broadcast test on it and it said my average download speed is 2.3 Mbps. Not very good. I’m able to watch Now TV on my Now TV app. Just used Speedtest and it says I’m getting 37 Mbps?

@virginmedia I did check there. Today I finally got the email I have been waiting for. I emailed Virgin Media’s CEO - I wonder if that helped?

@virginmedia Since I posted I have spoken to a supervisor who explained that they are able to send me a copy of my new contract for reasons that they don’t understand. He promised that his manager would email me directly with details of my new contract within 24 hrs. I’m still waiting.
