Consistency is the name of the game!
My top tips:
✅ Majority of training volume well below the 1st threshold
✅ High-intensity only 2x week & most at only 7-8/10 effort
✅ Start with a weekly milage that is easily tolerated & progress slowly
Discipline. Patience. Control.
The brain fuzz is slowly disappearing. 2 weeks ago life was simple, 380km’s running, 17400 meters of climbing, 6 days.
