Our plan was to withdraw the protest on July 20 with a Parliament march and hand the issue over to the Opposition.

My expectation was that 1–2 lakh people would join the march, but when I asked Ashutosh Ranka, he said 10,000 might join, while Saurav Das said 15,000 might join.

I wanted to end my fast at Parliament with the help of Rahul Gandhi and end the protest, but they evacuated me early.
