While God of War 2018 was a decent game it made many mistakes.

1. It shifted to a worse combat system, the original was unmatched.

2. It shifted to a universe it did not do enough justice to, they set up so many things just to rush through them in the sequel.

God Of War was the ultimate gaming experience of 2018, nothing even came remotely close it in terms of gameplay, direction, narrative, pacing, storytelling, action, everything was on another level.
