*Hacker holding my you tube channel for past 40+ days. How much longer should I wait to recover my own channel?

Despite multiple follow-ups, we still have no proper update or clear resolution from the YouTube internal team or Support team.
We are professional creators, and this channel represents years of hard work and our livelihood.
If genuine creators cannot receive timely support, how can creators continue to trust YouTube with their hard work.
