Facing issues with my Dell laptop (Model 3523, Service Tag: GY3HYR3) for the last 6 months — black screen & severe hinge problem. No physical damage, yet the issue was never resolved. Support team kept delaying responses, and now my 2-year extended warranty has expired.

Even support staff admitted in Hindi that hinge issues are a manufacturing defect, but now Dell is denying it and saying hinges are not covered as a manufacturing defect.

This feels like intentional delay to avoid repair under warranty. This is unacceptable.
