Ideology: Progressives see Islam as a "marginalized" minority, even as it grows rapidly in some countries and rejects integration (Pew surveys, Sharia attitudes in Europe).
Fear of violence: Islamists have a track record of terror (Charlie Hebdo, Bataclan, van Gogh, teachers in France over cartoons). Christians don't.
Demographics and votes: Growing Muslim population = votes. Politicians (Liberals + Bloc) calculate accordingly.
Reality of Islam: Unlike Christianity, which went through Reformation and Enlightenment, many streams of Islam (especially Salafism/Wahhabism) remain supremacist and theocratic. This isn't "Islamophobia" — it's reading the texts and looking at terrorism stats, grooming gangs in the UK, no-go zones, etc.

Western elites would rather sacrifice free speech for Christians and the traditional majority than admit that mass migration from incompatible cultures creates problems. This isn't conspiracy — it's visible in the data from France, Sweden, UK, Canada.Solution: Equal free speech for everyone, no religious exceptions. Criticizing ideas (including Islam) must be legal. Laws against actual violence and terror — yes. But not against "offense." Otherwise, we'll end up criminalizing the Bible while mosques continue spreading what actually leads to problems.This isn't racism — it's realism. Culture and ideology matter.
