Imagine calling a fandom stupid because they don't immediately seal clap because Zach Cregger's name is on something. We've spent hours in the games. We know the lore. Yet... because some Hollywood darling makes the movie we can't criticize anything about it. By this (1/2)
@SimonsFinalBoss I not only asked for a game called Sin. I had no clue about the back cover. I opened this bad boy at Christmas in front of my entire family back cover facing everyone. I just remember my mom saying, "Good Lord what type of game is that?" π
@JustinWhang Resident Evil 2 is my favorite of the series. I'm sure nostalgia has a lot to do with it, but I just remember my dad buying it and firing it up on our PS1 seeing the into, hearing the moans of the zombies in the streets, then when you hit the RPD the intro music. Chef's kiss.
@miyochan4 She has more situational awareness than most people nowadays, but for real call get off social media and call the police next time. Chances are he'll do it again to someone else who isn't paying attention.
@ArcadeChannel Funcoland and Ebgames were my two stores as a kid. I avoided GameStop until they purchased ebgames. It was all downhill from there. π’
@BioDeclassified He wanted to use the IP as a way to get his movie funded. He never had any intention of making a Resident Evil movie and he's said as much. I'm sure it'll be fine movie wise, Cregger isn't a bad director and I loved WKUK, I just wish he'd not gotten the RE title.

@Starthedeity I'm old enough to remember when this stuff was new and sadly I sold most of my old hardware and games. However, I'm not going to tell someone who wants to experience it as it was "duh go emulate", it's not the same. It's pretty close now, but experiencing it the og way is best.
