Decades long ordeal of remote areas of Bahawalpur, D.G. Khan, Rahim Yar Khan and Khushab and adjoining districts comes to an end. Women, children and elderly would no longer have to take exhausting journeys under the scorching sun just to fetch drinking water. Alhamdulillah, in just 5 months, we have constructed four modern Water Bottling Plants each capable of producing 5,000 litres of clean drinking water every hour. Our delivery trucks will deliver it free of cost directly to the doorsteps of deserving families. This is more than a water project. It is dignity, relief and a promise fulfilled for the most underserved communities.

جنوبی پنجاب کے عوام کو پینے کے صاف پانی کی فراہمی یقینی بنانے کے لیے ایک جامع منصوبے پر تیزی سے کام کیا جا رہا ہے ۔اس پراجیکٹ کے تحت بہاولپور میں 10 اوور ہیڈ ریزروائرز اور 138 مرکزِ آب، رحیم یار خان میں 12 ریزروائرز اور 256 مرکزِ آب جبکہ راجن پور میں 7 ریزروائرز اور 100 مرکزِ آب قائم کیے جا رہے ہیں۔ مارچ 2026 سے شروع ہونے والا یہ پراجیکٹ ستمبر تک مکمل کر لیا جائے گا جس کے بعد ان 29 ریزروائرز اور 494 مراکزِ آب کی مدد سے زمینی کھارے پانی کو جدید فلٹریشن پلانٹس کے ذریعے صاف کر کے براہِ راست عوام کے گھروں تک پہنچایا جائے گا۔انشاءاللہ!

First ever:

To ensure the provision of clean drinking water to the people of South Punjab, a comprehensive project is being implemented at an unprecedented pace.
Under this initiative:

🔹10 overhead reservoirs and 138 water centers are being established in Bahawalpur.

🔹12 overhead reservoirs and 256 water centers are being established in Rahim Yar Khan.

🔹7 overhead reservoirs and 100 water centers are being established in Rajanpur.

The project, which began in March 2026, is scheduled for completion by September 2026. Once completed, these 29 reservoirs and 494 water centers will treat saline groundwater through modern filtration plants and supply clean drinking water directly to people's homes. InshaAllah!

بہاولپور، ڈی جی خان، رحیم یار خان اور خوشاب کی مائیں بہنیں بزرگ اب پینے کے صاف پانی کے لیے تپتی دھوپ میں سروں پر گھڑے اٹھائے کٹھن راستوں پر نہیں بھٹکیں گے۔ 5 ماہ کے مختصر ترین وقت میں صاف پانی کی فراہمی ممکن بنا دی گئی ہے۔ چار واٹر بوٹلنگ پلانٹس کی تعمیر مکمل ہو چکی ہے۔ روزانہ ۱ لاکھ ساٹھ ہزار لیٹر صاف پانی ان دور دراز پسماندہ بستیوں کے ہر گھر کی دہلیز پر بالکل مفت پہنچایا جائے گا۔ یہ منصوبہ صرف پانی کی فراہمی نہیں بلکہ جنوبی پنجاب کے عوام کی عزت، سکون اور صحت کی ضمانت ہے۔ الحَمدللہ پیاس کا یہ طویل اور تکلیف دہ سفر اب ہمیشہ کے لیے ختم ہو ��یا ہے۔

میرے کل کی ٹویٹ پر مجھے آج سے 20سال قبل کی تقریر یاد دلائ جا رہی ھے۔ وہ تقریر جس ماحول میں ھوئ اور اسکا جو پس منظر تھا وہ نکتہ چینوں کو شاید یاد نہیں کیونکہ وہ MMA کی صورت میں ایک آمر کے حلیف اور کاسہ لیس تھے ۔۔ آمر کا دور تھاجس نے اپنا عہدہ بچانے کے لئے آئین منسوخ کیا آئینی حکومت کا تختہ الٹا ۔ خود ساختہ حکمران بنا، وطن عزیز کو ایک ایسی جنگ میں امریکہ کا حلیف بنایا جس کے نتائج ھم آج بھی دھشت گردی کی صورت میں بھگت رہےھیں۔

آج فوج کی قیادت نے وطن کو دشمن پہ تاریخی فتح سے ھمکنار کیا۔ سفارتکاری کے محاذ پہ قوم و ملت کا سربلند کیا۔ دنیا پاکستان کا لوہا مان رہی ھے۔ اور فوج کا ادارہ آئینی سویلین حکومت کے ساتھ مل کر اندرونی خطرات سے بھی نبرد آزما ھے ایک ہائبرڈ صورت میں آئینی حدود میں رہ کر نظام کو مستحکم کیا جارہا ھے۔

میری تقریر یاد دلانے والے یاد رک��یں وطن کی آزادی کی جنگ میں جمعیت علماء ھند کہا ں اور کس کے ساتھ کھڑی تھی۔ ارتقائی سفر میں پھر جمیعت نے 1970 کی دھائی میں پاکستان میں آئین کی سر بلندی اور جمہوریت کی جنگ میں قومی اسمبلی میں قیادت کی۔ سیاست ایک ارتقائی سفر ھے جسمیں سیاسی کارکن اور قیادت حالات کے مطابق اصولوں پہ سمجھوتہ کیے بغیر منزلیں طے کرتے ھیں۔

آج جب ھم دھشت گردی کے خلاف نبرد آزما ھیں اسوقت سیاسی قوتوں کو متحد ھو کر اپنے محافظوں کے ساتھ کھڑا ھونا ھو گا۔ شہداء اور انکے ورثا ء کے احسان عظیم کا احترام کرنا ھو گا۔

مولانا فضل الرحمان ایک کہنہ مشق سیاست دان اور ممتاز مذہبی رہنما ہیں، اس لیے ان سے الفاظ کے انتخاب میں زیادہ ذمہ داری کی توقع کی جاتی ہے۔ فوجی جوانوں کی وطن کے لیے قربانی کو ان کی تنخواہ سے جوڑنا نہ صرف غیرمنصفانہ ہے بلکہ شہداء اور ان کے خاندانوں کی دل آزاری کے مترادف ہے۔ کوئی شخص محض تنخواہ کے لیے اپنی جان نہیں دیتا۔ جان کی قربانی کے پیچھے کسی نظر��ے، عقیدے، فرض اور وطن سے گہری وابستگی ہوتی ہے۔ آپ حالات و واقعات یا طریقہ کار سے اختلاف کر سکتے ہیں، مگر اس نظریے، وابستگی، محبت اور قربانی کی توہین نہیں کر سکتے۔

ایسے وقت میں، جب دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ جاری ہے اور ماؤں کے جوان بیٹے (بشمول افواج پاکستان، دیگر قانون نافذ کرنے والے ادارے اور سب سے بڑھ کر ہمارے سویلینز) روز قومی پرچم میں لپٹ کر واپس آ رہے ہیں، ان کی قربانی کو تنخواہ کا نتیجہ قرار دینا سیاسی تنقید نہیں بلکہ اخلاقی بے حسی ہے۔ مولانا صاحب نے صرف ایک ادارے کو نہیں، ہزاروں شہداء، زخمیوں، بیواؤں، یتیم بچوں اور سوگوار والدین کے جذبات کو مجروح کیا ہے۔

The restoration of Punjab’s barren lands under the Plant for Pakistan Spring Tree Plantation Campaign 2025 marks a historic milestone for our province.

From October 2024 to June 2025, we transformed thousands of acres of barren land into thriving green landscapes, Alhamdulillah.

🌳 Ghazi Ghat, Muzaffargarh: 1.815 million plants on 1,500 acres
🌳 Thul Maghraj, Rajanpur: 559,000 plants on 2,091 acres
🌳 Khanani & Rakh Murghai, Muzaffargarh: 708,000 plants on 1,470 acres
🌳 Pakhowal, Gujrat: 242,000 plants on 200 acres
🌳 Restoration efforts also expanded to Jhok Reserve Forest, Lal Suhanra, Mianwali, Gujranwala and Murree.

Land that lay barren for generations now stands green within months. This achievement reflects our resolve, dedication and commitment to a greener, healthier Punjab for future generations.

Today’s plantation is tomorrow’s inheritance. Plant a tree today and be part of Punjab’s green future.

پنجاب میں جدید اور پائیدار انفراسٹرکچر کی تعمیر کا سفر جاری ہے۔صرف 75 دنوں میں پنجاب بھر میں 1,134 مقامی شاہراہوں کی تعمیر و بحالی مکمل کر لی گئی، جو مقررہ ہدف سے بھی آگے بڑھنے کا ثبوت ہے۔بہتر سڑکیں صرف سفر آسان نہیں بناتیں بلکہ روزگار، تجارت، تعلیم، صحت اور ترقی کے نئے مواقع بھی پیدا کرتی ہیں۔ مضبوط راستے، خوشحال پنجاب کی بنیاد ہیں.

پنجاب میں جاری شدید گرمی کی لہر کے پیشِ نظر صوبائی حکومت اور تمام انتظامی ادارے ہائی الرٹ پر ہیں۔ صوبے بھر میں قائم ریلیف کیمپس اور طبی مراکز پر شہریوں کو فوری امداد، پینے کا صاف پانی اور نمکیات کی فراہمی مسلسل جاری ہے تاکہ لُو کے اثرات کو کم کیا جا سکے۔

موجو��ہ موسمی صورتحال میں دہاڑی دار طبقے، معصوم بچوں اور بزرگوں کی صحت ہماری اولین ترجیح ہے۔ عوام سے مخلصانہ اپیل ہے کہ وہ غیر ضروری طور پر گھر سے باہر نکلنے سےگریز کریں، پانی کا زیادہ سے زیادہ استعمال کریں اور باہر نکلتے وقت احتیاطی تدابیر اختیار کریں۔

The Punjab Safe Cities Authority has just been selected by the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), USA, as the recipient of the 2026 IACP Leadership in the Prevention of Vehicle Crimes Award, in recognition of its global leadership in technology-enabled vehicle crime prevention.

This prestigious international recognition reflects the Punjab Government’s especially the Punjab Safe Cities Authority’s commitment to transforming Punjab into a global model of smart, technology-driven policing.

Over an intensive 8-week duration, these bright young men and women from across Punjab have been rigorously trained to become socially responsible citizens ready to save lives. Through this program, they have mastered essential, life-saving skills, including:

People of Kamoki will now enjoy beautiful recreational space right in their own city! Alhamdulillah, after eight months of dedicated work, a once-neglected park has been transformed into a modern public facility featuring District Gujranwala’s first Dancing Fountain, a Waterfall, a Floating Restaurant, Joyland, a dedicated Walking Track, Gazebos, Sitting Areas, and Executive Washrooms. To ensure the park remains well-maintained for years to come, 10 model shops and a Food Street have also been developed. Their revenue will fund the park’s repair and upkeep, making it a truly self-sustaining public asset for everyone to enjoy.
