We call upon leaders of all opposition parties, their supporters, and social activists to stand behind our Five-Point Agenda.
It doesn’t matter to us which party you belong to (except for BJP), if you want to save democracy, support #CJP2029
@dominos_india can just shut shop and call it quits because their service gets worse with every experience. After making me wait for an hour, dominos has canceled my order when the delivery guy was close to my house. @dominos#Dominozsucks#shutshopdominoz#scam

Overworked to death?
26-year-old EY #Pune employee dies due to #workstress; no one from company attends her funeral
"Why is it in India, that companies can get away with this kind of environment," says Shiv Sena(UBT) MP @priyankac19 on toxic #workculture | @iSamiakapoor
VERY CONTROVERSIAL TAKE🚨: When I read what her mother wrote in this letter, I felt it right through my heart💔 but it was temporary…
A young CA pass out in November 2023, started working at EY Pune passed away yesterday. Reason? Out of “stress” and her mother pens down this letter in grief. My condolences. Om shanti.
And it made me think about this bubble of “WEIGHT OF UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS” set by Big organisations for their employees.
It’s a matter of perception and self-introspection. It might feel insensitive, and it is.
And there’s a thin line between frugal & fragile when we talk about India and its current workforce culture.
Youth of India should swallow a hard pill right away: “Nothing will come easy in a country where everything is in developmental stage — you have to FIGHT for everything. Everything!”
That’s the brutal reality of today’s India.
What’s this unrealistic expectations? Just pushing people to work on their full potential? That’s stressful? Or your expectations of doing less and craving for more in terms of salary? That’s unrealistic?
A man-made dilemma. There are stark reasons why we are behind China in terms of manufacturing capacity, country development and global leader power.
Problem with Today’s young Indian workers: It’s a vicious cycle governed by comparitive analysis of baseless narratives that has been thrown around on social media. when you consume unprecedented lifestyle content of others, that too in an aspirational driven country, you would see that ‘Expectations’ will soar high like anything.
Now when you enter a workforce in India, in the beginning it’s all LABOUR TRANSACTION. Ignore it or argue on it, but you can’t deny. Ask any professional working here they would nod on this.
It’s pure labour transaction. “You do work. You get paid.” But the moment this concept gets infused with rented westernised culture. That’s where it all shatters.
We need to understand and evaluate ourselves before entering any workforce in India. And mark my words: its going to get tough from here.
What we can do is prepare ourselves. These cases are alarming. Where we are standing on the border of deciding whether we should be fragile or frugal.
Loss of life really saddens me as someone dear departed their family. And we should also remember why.
Nobody from her team even attended the funeral. This is what is happening in the name of corporate in India. I’m sure such is the situation with many other firms. #EY@EYnews SHAME!!
Heartbreaking news from EY Pune - a young CA succumbed to the work pressure and nobody from EY even attended her funeral - this is so appalling and nasty!!!
FURLENCO is impossible to get in touch with. This is some absolute bullshit. @FURLENCO it will do you better to work on your customer service and executive behaviour.
