Why the heck did you guys, instead of refunding me my $6 for the items that were out of stock on my order, instead charge me $2 more??

Items totaled $16, plus taxes and fees and I left a tip for the driver. Total wasn’t more than $22.

So why, instead of a $6 refund, you wanna bring my total to over $25?? Why on GOD’S GREEN EARTH would I wanna pay a $9.99 delivery fee for $10 worth of items???
