@LivBank Waiting for a transaction from last 12 days. Employer sent salary and now currently on hold due to bank that has held my salary mentioning “to prove relationship with the company” which I did. Still there’s no update. Chat service is pathetic. Feels like talking to bots.

@LivBank The problem is that on email it was mentioned that it will be resolved in 2 working days after I provide the required documents, which I did on the same day. Confusion lies where on email it’s mentioned 2 days where on chat they say 15 days.
