@IndiaPostOffice Complaint registered with Id 2155824737, NISHU(BEAT_01) is marking fake delivered and updates of parcels. Holding items and not delivering them, false door locked and addressee absent is marked. Please loon into this.

@IndiaPostOffice Thats not a resolution, and how can you mark the complaint as closed until article is delivered? I have reopened it please esclate it and get the item delivered.

@IndiaPostOffice Update Someone from Machwa PO called and said they lack postman and do not have idea about the location. Thats not my problem they should call and ask for address also if above is true why put false fake updates that door closed or absent is marked.

@ola_supports Thats just a canned response over mail. I clearly said driver came and asked for extra money what do you want me to do? Pay him extra?

Fare price was around 290 something and he asked for 500. Instead of taking action against driver just exploit the users amazing
