Registered just today (Jan 20, 2026), this site is the only active entry point left in its cluster. The scammers use Dominet (HK) Limited to buy these .cc domains in bulk, knowing they will be flagged and taken down within 24 to 48 hours. By adding the /in directory, they likely target specific regional victims, creating a sense of localized legitimacy.

The Invisible Hand-offWhile echizx[.]cc is the part of the scam that victims see, it is essentially hollow. It acts as a transparent relay, instantly passing every keystroke and login attempt to a completely different network. This "hand-off" allows the scammers to lose their public domain without losing the data they’ve already stolen.

The Master Mind: The Aceville SubnetThe trail leads away from the Hong Kong registrar and directly into the heart of a professional data center in Singapore. The permanent "Master Mind" of this operation is hosted on the 101.32.161.0/24 subnet, provided by Aceville Pte Ltd (a Tencent Cloud subsidiary).

Specifically, the server at 101.32.161.19 is the high-performance "Brain" (FastAPI) that aggregates the loot from sites like echizx. Once the data reaches this Singapore hub, it is protected by the group's "gang sign"—the 194-character SM2 encryption key.

Why Taking Down echizx Isn't EnoughThe syndicate operates like a professional franchise:

The Front (HK): They rotate through hundreds of domains like echizx[.]cc via Alibaba/Dominet.

The Vault (SG): They keep their stolen data on the stable, high-speed Aceville subnet in Singapore.

The Result: Security teams successfully "kill" the website, but the criminals simply point a new "Burner Door" at the same Singapore Vault and continue their work within minutes.
