A student had an idea this Monday, had a proposal to @UNCC_CGI by Tuesday, and it got funded Friday (today). Thanks to her idea, you can now enjoy swinging benches at Hech Lake, Davis Pond, and botanical gardens. #UNCC

We approved some more proposals last Friday! Lindsay here will be establishing honeybee beehives at a safe location on campus to help support pollinators and harvest local, organic honey for the University to use! #UNCC

Taylor & Sam wanted to keep the scrap 3D printing filament from entering the landfill and recycle it into usable material again. Their approved proposal provides initial recycling feedstock and establishes collection stations at 5 labs across campus! #UNCC #GoldStandard

Autumn Robertson from Niner Hunger Relief got her proposal to us funded! This grant will provide an additional freezer for the pantry & allow them to recover even more perfectly good food from the dining halls, package into meals, & be made available to students in need! #UNCC
