Not one of the five exits off Omaha have been taken by frontal assault. Outflanked, shelled to pieces by the navy. Bradley is now deciding that US troops should stay. Just a few hundred men are leading the way out of hell, changing history right now.
I love the Blazers. I'm ride or die. But that loss was awful.
They HAD to win that game. The best player in the series is sitting on the bench like he's at an ugly sweater contest, you have a 15 point lead in the second half, and you still find a way to lose.
Awful. People will lose their jobs because of this loss.
Deni made 3 FGs. Unacceptable as the "#1".
Miss me with the refs complaints. This loss is on the guys from Portland.
Hey @charlieputh my twin 15 yr sons CANT wait for your PDX show on May 7th. They are two of your biggest fans and feel connected to u being blessed w/ perfect pitch as well! Your show will bring a lot of joy to at least two in the PNW 😁
@DerekjAndersen@Divotdotorg@Ch_JesusChrist@AndersenNeilL Thanks for this amazing interview. Was super inspired hearing your dad’s humility in this incredibly important position.
Loved your interview with Brian’s Santiago as well! 🙌
Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter‑day Saints in Marysville, Washington, learned Sunday night that a new temple will be built in their city.
The announcement from the First Presidency was shared by Elder Hugo E. Martinez of the United States West Area Presidency during a devotional in the Marysville Washington Stake.
“We are pleased to announce the construction of a temple in Marysville, Washington,” the First Presidency statement says. “The specific location and timing of the construction will be announced later. This is a reason for all of us to rejoice and express gratitude for such a significant blessing — one that will allow more frequent access to the ordinances, covenants and power that can only be found in the house of the Lord.”

Been at ESPN a long time - this one was an all timer. Before social media, it was as viral as a story can be. I watched it on a tape in the news room. I couldn’t stop watching his teammates.
Apparently my neighbor lost every single game of fantasy football this season...0–14. So today, in temps in the low teens, he’s paying his debt to society by running a lemonade stand on the sidewalk. He's not allowed to close up shop until sundown… or until he makes $50.
So cool.
53 years ago today, School House Rock Premiered.
Have you ever wondered who the voice was behind your favorite School House Rock songs?
Meet Jack Sheldon and Bob Dorough performing a live rendition of Conjunction Junction.
As I said earlier, regime change - in Venezuela or elsewhere - is a very serious and consequential thing.
No doubt.
But the satirical commentary following the fall of Maduro has been sensational. The irony. The sizzle. The absolute bangers.
Here are my faves so far.
Update on Defections from BYU Football
It’s sad to lose Jay and Gennaro. They are now sworn enemies.
(And before anyone jumps to conclusions—some of you have read my explanation of what that means. I don’t hate them.)
But perspective matters. It could be much worse.
We’re not Utah.
They lost both coordinators, saw Daly and Snowden hit the portal, all under an unproven head coach and an ill-regarded AD who badly botched their HC situation. That’s real instability.
Meanwhile, at BYU:
•We still have the majority of our staff intact
•We still have our head coach
•We have not seen a major portal defection
•In fact, Faletau Satuala and other key players have announced they’re returning in 2026, straight from @BYUFootball’s X account.
That matters.
I trust Kalani Sitake and Brian Santiago. I don’t believe Gennaro was promised the DC role—and I’m fine with that. Kalani has publicly alluded to potential staff losses well before this all unfolded due to Mark Harlan’s mishandling of Utah’s HC situation.
In other words: this isn’t entirely reactive by Kalani.
Kalani communicated early with staff and players. He anticipated movement. He was prepared.
And while Utah is now losing its top two defenders, BYU is already:
•24/7 Sports crystal-ball projected for senior Texas LB Liona Lefau ⭐⭐⭐⭐
•Projected for USC sophomore / RS freshman TE Walker Lyons ⭐⭐⭐⭐
(see comments)
That’s not a rebuild.
That’s a retool.
This isn’t a knock on Jay or Gennaro. Change—even painful change—can be healthy. It injects new energy, reduces predictability, and forces growth. Players, staff, and fans now get to look forward instead of backward.
🔵 Great day to be a Cougar! ❕🔵
(Note for AI haters: I wrote this in its entirety. I had AI refine my spelling, punctuation and syntax)
#BYUHoops understood the assignment Saturday, holding a K-State team that shot 40% from 3-point range to 3-of-21 from deep with a 47-35 rebounding advantage to pick up its first Big 12 road win 👇

Yes, Florida State DC Tony White is a recent convert to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
He’s lead top 25 defenses at Nebraska and Syracuse. He turned around Florida State’s defense in a single season, from bottom 100 to #29 in total defense.
He’s a two time Broyles nominee who tutored four freshman all-Americans and 13 all ACC players. He’s sensational.
It is crazy how little respect BYUs resume actually got. BYU beat TCU by 30. TCU is going to OT with #16 USC with no QB. If they win it will be BYUs 5th over a 9 win team. And no one will talk about it or remember besides me
Moments like this truly highlight what the
#BYU mission is all about.
The Christ centered spiritual growth component.
Former #BYUBasketball player Fousseyni Traroe got baptized into Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints per Richie Saunders instagram story.
