Dalton has a Source of Funds (Nebbia) hearing combined with a revocation hearing for the prior misdemeanor harassment charges.
The DA’s strategy is clear: they’re trying to revoke his bond on the much weaker misdemeanor case to keep him locked up indefinitely, despite the self-defense evidence in the main case. This could go several ways.
Good news: Duel has officially wired the full $1 million to the bondsman for Dalton’s bail.
There is a good chance Dalton may remain locked up due to the revocation, but there is also a chance that he may be released tomorrow on bond.
