PulseChain is so vastly superior to Ethereum L2's its insane. But people are too stupid to listen lol. Look at Starknet, down for hours, dropping transactions. "had a down." Pitiful. I remember when one of their dumbass advisors told me that PulseChain would be unreliable. I was right, they were wrong, and their "chain" is down...
Hexicans and Pulsicans (especially US based) are dumb fucks giving their core coins to scammers to dump on them later. LEARN YOUR LESSON YOU MAD BASTARDS
Ethereum is PulseChain's test net. Few people like ETH as much as I do. Some say the best thing that could have happened for ETH's price is for everyone to have given me all the ETH.
PLS receives the benefits of the work ETH devs do, but doesn't have the costs. It doesn't have the risk of pushing out new features, it can pull new features in as they're proven useful and safe.
The Ethereum foundation selling down the ETH price to pay developers to benefit PLS is kinda like the ETH foundation investing in PLS with their money. Which is fair, because PulseChain has given so very, very much to Ethereum. So much buy pressure and so many free coins. Heck, I'm one of the few people out there with the balls to tell you how much better Ethereum is than Bitcoin. If ETH is great, so is its faster, cheaper version, PulseChain.
CryptoTwitter is already all over the place promoting one thing I care about, Ethereum, y'all might as well promote the rest, it's good stuff.
The PulseChain Train is coming to town, passing all barriers and breaking all resistances. Post exactly which things you think people most be most excited to know, including PulseX and HEX. If you were writing someone a heartfelt letter, what would you want them to know?
Hey @krakenfx,
Do you dare be the first to list #PulseChain?
-500,000+ transactions
-$31M in daily volume
-Gas 5x cheaper than ETH
-Strongest cult community in crypto

BOOOOOM! RICHARD HEART CREATOR OF $HEX DEFEATS THE SEC.
Imagine how stupid they have to be to think they can charge software and math with criminal charges 😂
That’s like trying to sue the equation “2+2=4” because you think it’s illegal
The final judgement is in. I have defeated the SEC in court, something almost no cryptocurrency has ever done. PulseChain, PulseX and HEX have a legal certainty almost no other coins have. I won for your freedom to publish and associate on the blockchain and to publish the software that empowers you to do so. I did it with no help at all from the "industry" that I've won a victory for. It's time for us all to take it to the next level, the coast is clear for greatness! New opportunities are now open!
I beat the SEC in court. The SEC did not drop its case against me. The judge completely dismissed their case for both failure to state a claim and lack of jurisdiction. This is why PulseChain, PulseX and HEX gained legal certainty that almost no other coin has, even Ethereum.
They judge also rejected the SEC's abandoned alter ego theory. This is a victory for open source software, free speech, PLS, PLSX, HEX and I.
Today the SEC notified the court that it “...does not intend to file an amended complaint...” and their deadline to do so has expired. The Court previously dismissed the SEC’s entire case. Richard Heart, PulseChain, PulseX, and HEX have defeated the SEC completely and have achieved regulatory clarity that nearly no other coins have. They're now safer to work with in ways that almost no other coins are. The SEC walked away from some other cryptocurrency cases voluntarily, but this is the only case where the SEC lost and crypto won across the board, with a dismissal in court of every single claim the SEC brought.
This is a victory for open-source software, cryptocurrency, and free speech. The SEC actually sued software code itself in this case, claiming it could be an alter ego of a person. This would have set a terrible precedent and caused perhaps multiple billions of dollars of damage to the vital open source and free software industry that powers most of the Internet and your speech on it.
Life would be better if everyone would remove all liquidity for pDAI vs everything else. The pDAI supply has grown by 213,546,101 since I started tweeting about the exploiters. Tons of coins are worthless out there, and no one cares about them, because they don't have liquidity, meaning, you can't inflate and dump them for other things, and then sell those things for stables and bridge out.
But instead, whoever is providing liquidity is getting extracted on, as you see from 20 minutes ago. And the those things they swapped their inflated pDAI for, then get sold. So when the liqudiity providers stop getting pDAI dumped on them, then the holders of the other coins don't have to get dumped on as well.
The extraction problem goes away when there's not liquidity to extract from for pDAI anymore. Just like thousand and thousands of other coins on Ethereum and PulseChain, not worth talking about, because worthless.
Are these videos of the pDAI exploiter free minting and nuking pDAI buyers? How long until others figure out how to inflate for free instead of buying? Or does he have some magic keys? How long will people keep buying into a bugged, hyperinflating coin? Stop buying pDAI?
A secure network with secure trading and a system where anyone can launch a coin for pennies. It's like dry kindling waiting for someone to light a match.
PulseChain a faster, cheaper, more secure Ethereum. No centralized validator services and PLS is more secure because ETH main net catches bugs first.
PulseX only becomes more rare as there is no inflation and the buy and burn destroys supply every day.
HEX inflates on time consumption (Proof of Wait) instead of electricty consumption (Bitcoin.)
Pump . tires code burns PLS instead of earning fees and dumping them on you.
HEX has been re-enabled on Uniswap. Thanks @Uniswap! Uniswap makes really secure software and gave a way tons of free money with their airdop. I was one of the first people to promote Uniswap heavily. HEX used to actually be half of Uniswap's volume for a good while back in 2020-2021. Shout out to Uniswap for being one of the first to make DeFi great and showing HEX the respect it's earned after 5 years of flawless operation.
Maybe this is the start of a new era of fairness towards HEX elsewhere as well.
Wish your pump thing didn't dump hundreds of millions of dollars of Solana? Volume dying? Try making some silly coins at https://t.co/Tmjj7KT2WJ! The code just burns PLS it doesn't make any fees to dump! Imagine you made some coins before an entire chain got popular.
I won in court. Everyone else, not so much.
Motions to Dismiss vs SEC in court:
Richard Heart: Granted
Coinbase : Denied
Binance: Denied
Kraken: Denied
Ripple: Denied
Tron: Denied
Terraform: Denied
It's great that the SEC is dropping cases that should have never been started, congrats! Some were denied only partially, like in Coinbase the judge dropped the wallet charge. XRP beat the "all tokens are securities" wrap, but lost on another charge and got a fine.
Give respect where respect is due. Even better, make up for the years of abuse and mistreatment! We actually, literally deserve it.
Everyone should post their best sales pitch for PLSX, PLS, HEX or launching your own coin on https://t.co/Tmjj7KT2WJ. Maybe there's something you like that other people are missing. If you've got a good point other people might use it!
I appreciate Judge Amon's careful ruling which has dismissed all of the SEC's claims against me. This type of victory over the SEC is quite rare. PulseChain, PulseX and HEX are not securities and should be allowed to flourish. HEX has operated flawlessly for over 5 years. Today's decision in favor of a cryptocurrency founder and his projects over the SEC brings welcome relief and opportunity to all cryptocurrencies. Thank you President Trump for supporting cryptocurrency. @realDonaldTrump
