@stripe@stripesupport
Hey, is direct USDC payment via Stripe Checkout still supported for X Premium?
The Crypto payment option disappeared around October 4 across multiple accounts and regions, including the US and EU
Was it intentionally removed or is this a temporary issue?
@ashrobin Yeah, in fact right now if you look at most of migrated coins on Axiom almost all of them are kinda "fake migrated" meaning that they were pushed by dev himself

So here we go, new year, new beginnings lol
P.s. Merry Christmas everyone 🎄
A Russian airstrike has hit a nine-story residential building in Kharkiv, destroying nearly an entire section of the apartment block.
Reports indicate 17 casualties, including children, with people possibly still trapped under the rubble.
putin sees that he gets nothing in response for terrorizing civilians, for destroying critical infrastructure, all he gets is "extreme concerns" and "we condemn".. do you like that picture of 9 yo girl killed by missile? @POTUS@Bundeskanzler@JakeSullivan46
That sybil hunting nowadays is going beyond common sense..many people I know including myself was harmed by this because people are inventing and come up with some weird criteria...if a person doesn't have thousands of dollars to work with he counts as a sybil ...👍👍👍👍
Appeal Against the Sybil Report Methodology https://t.co/N27X08VIHN
Dear @PrimordialAA@LayerZero_Labs@LayerZero_Fndn
I am writing to formally dispute the inclusion of my wallet in the recent Sybil Report. Below, I provide a comprehensive and technical critique of the methodology employed in the report, particularly focusing on the analysis related to the zkSync software by CZBag.
Summary of the Sybil Report
- Total Wallets Identified: 45,409
- Sybil Wallets Identified: 45,404
- Referral Address: 0x1c7ff320ae4327784b464eed07714581643b36a7
My wallet has been mistakenly labeled as a Sybil wallet under this category. I believe this misidentification stems from my use of a referral link from a popular CIS influencer.
Methodology Critique
1. Assumptions and Contextual Understanding
The report’s methodology relies heavily on the assumption that the use of referral links is indicative of Sybil activity. This assumption is flawed for several reasons:
- Referral Links as Community Tools: Referral links are commonly used by influencers to engage their communities. The use of such links by multiple users should be expected and does not inherently indicate Sybil behavior. The methodology fails to differentiate between community-driven participation and malicious Sybil activity.
- Lack of Contextual Analysis: The methodology does not account for the context in which referral links were used. For example, the high usage of a referral link from a well-known influencer can be attributed to their large following and active promotion rather than automated Sybil attacks.
2. Transaction History Analysis
The methodology involves downloading transaction history from DeBank and analyzing the ‘from_addr’ and ‘action’ parameters. However, the approach has several limitations:
- Limited Scope of Analysis: Extracting ‘from_addr’ and ‘action’ parameters provides a narrow view of wallet activity. A comprehensive analysis should consider the broader transaction patterns, including the types of transactions and the context in which they occur.
- Over-reliance on Action Types: The focus on specific action types (e.g., ‘mint’, ‘swap’) without considering the context and frequency of these actions can lead to false positives. For instance, occasional swaps or mints are common among regular users and do not necessarily indicate Sybil behavior.
3. Filtering Criteria
The filtering criteria applied in the methodology raise several concerns:
- Excessive Aggressiveness: The filtering process appears overly aggressive, potentially capturing a significant number of legitimate wallets. For example, filtering wallets based on a minimum number of software interactions without considering the nature of these interactions can result in false positives.
- Balance and Transaction Count Filters: The use of wallet balances and transaction counts as filters is problematic. Legitimate users often have varying balances and transaction frequencies, which do not align with the assumption that low balances or high transaction counts indicate Sybil activity.
4. Manual Validation and AI-Assisted Filtering
The report mentions manual validation and AI-assisted filtering to identify Sybil wallets:
- Inadequate Manual Validation: Manual validation of a portion of identified addresses is insufficient to ensure accuracy. The process should involve a comprehensive review of all flagged wallets to distinguish between legitimate users and Sybil attackers.
- Limitations of AI Filtering: Relying on AI to identify referral-based interactions introduces additional uncertainties. AI models require robust training data to accurately distinguish between legitimate and Sybil activities. The report does not provide details on the training data used or the validation process for the AI models.
Detailed Technical Response
1. Referral Address Usage
The mere presence of interactions with the referral address (0x1c7ff320ae4327784b464eed07714581643b36a7) should not automatically result in a Sybil label. The context of these interactions needs to be considered.
2. Transaction Patterns
A thorough review of my wallet’s transaction patterns will reveal a consistent and organic usage profile, markedly different from those engaging in Sybil attacks.
3. Community Involvement
The influencer’s community, including myself, engaged in activities that were entirely above board. Our actions aimed to support a community leader, not to manipulate the system.
Request for Re-Evaluation
Given the points outlined above, I respectfully request a thorough re-evaluation of my wallet. Specifically, I urge the following actions:
1. Contextual Analysis: Consider the context of referral link usage within community-driven initiatives.
2. Detailed Transaction Review: Perform a detailed review of my wallet’s transaction history to distinguish between legitimate user activity and Sybil-like behavior.
3. Revised Filtering Criteria: Adjust the filtering criteria to better differentiate between organic community support actions and actual Sybil activities.
Conclusion
It is crucial to ensure that legitimate users are not unjustly penalized due to aggressive filtering methods. I trust that a detailed re-evaluation will clear my wallet from the Sybil label, reflecting my genuine participation within the LayerZero ecosystem.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt resolution.
Sincerely,
Your old Fan
