DON’T GET WASTED BY TIME…
There is no time to waste on bitterness. No time to waste on fighting. No time to waste on insults. No time to waste on hatred. No time to waste on oppressing one another. No time to waste on hurting each other.
Don’t let time pass you by, beloved ones. Time is short. We are only passing through this world.
Make the most of every moment. Choose love. Choose peace. Choose kindness.

FULFILLMENT HIDDEN IN WAITING…
“And so, after waiting patiently, Abraham obtained the promise.” Hebrews 6:15
Patience does not cancel the promise; it prepares us for its fulfillment.
Abraham waited. The promise did not come immediately, but God remained faithful. His journey reminds us that waiting is not wasted time. In the silence, God is working; in the delay, He is strengthening our faith; and in the process, He is preparing us for what He has promised.
Abraham's example encourages us to remain steadfast and hopeful, knowing that God is working even when we cannot see immediate results.
Let us therefore remain steadfast, hopeful and faithful, even when we cannot yet see the results.
What God has promised, He is faithful to fulfill. And it has just begun.
Blessed Sabbath. #GodIsInIt #JesusIsLord #JesusSaves
I spoke to Thomas Mapfumo yesterday, and he told me that he had been paid his full performance fee contrary to what many had been saying on social media.
He also said that he would honour his contractual agreement and perform as agreed at Jah Prayzah’s wedding, which has been postponed following the death of Wicknell Chivayo.
The sudden death of Wicknell Chivayo, his wife Lucy, and four others, in yesterday’s helicopter crash is a sobering reminder of the fragility of life. Whatever one may think of a person's conduct or public life, death should not be an occasion for gloating or rejoicing over their destruction. Neither should we gloss over the pain experienced by those who suffer under oppression or stand in judgment over their reaction to the news.
The Bible holds together an incredibly nuanced perspective on the destruction of the wicked. It speaks plainly about God's judgment of the wicked:
"A little while, and the wicked will be no more;
though you look for them, they will not be found.
But the meek will inherit the land
and enjoy peace and prosperity." (Psalm 37:10-11)
This truth gives strength and comfort to those still suffering under the oppression of the wicked. Yet God also says:
“As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign Lord, I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that they turn from their ways and live. Turn! Turn from your evil ways!" (Ezekiel 33:11)
If our hearts are aligned to the heart of the Father, we too should not take pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather yearn for their repentance.
The Scripture does acknowledge the reality that often people do rejoice when the wicked perish:
"When the wicked perish, there are shouts of joy." (Proverbs 11:10)
That is understandabe when people have suffered under the weight of injustice, exploitation, and oppression. But the Scripture also speaks directly to us about how we ought to respond:
“Do not gloat when your enemy falls; when they stumble, do not let your heart rejoice." (Proverbs 24:17)
Indeed, Jesus taught us to love our enemies and to mourn with those who mourn.
This does not mean that we must pretend evil is good or that injustice does not deserve judgment. We can long for justice, accountability and the defeat of evil without taking pleasure in another person's death.
So let us pray for the children left behind, mourn with those who mourn, leave judgment to God, examine our own hearts to purge the evil within us by the power of the Spirit, and re-commit ourselves to our participation in the redemptive work of God to "reconcile all things to himself" (Colossians 1:20).
Our hope is not ultimately that the wicked will die, but that evil will be defeated and death itself will finally be destroyed.
“The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.” (1 Corinthians 15:26)
