Good day sir. @CaptJamyl I hope you’re doing well.
First of all, congratulations on your new appointment sir. I’m really happy for you and I pray for more success in your new role.
Sir, I sincerely appreciate all the support you gave me during my school days. It really helped me a lot and I’m very grateful.

Dear @CaptJamyl,
Congratulations on your recent appointment as Managing Director, Infrastructure & Logistics at the Dangote Group.
As you settle into the role and build the team to deliver on your objectives, I would want the opportunity to be a part of that team. I am confident I can add value in supporting the scale and operational complexity of your portfolio.
Over the past decade, my work has focused on the intersection of infrastructure, operations, and sustainability, specifically how large systems perform over time and how data can be leveraged to improve decision-making.
I specialize in delivering resilient, efficient, and scalable infrastructure through structured, sustainable approaches that connect asset performance, maintenance strategies, and day-to-day operations into practical, results-driven frameworks.
I am interested in any role where my experience aligns with your priorities. Here is a link to my CV for your reference.

Congratulations to those of you chosen ☺️🙏🏾
This is the beginning of your success story. For those not chose, don’t loose hope. We go again
There is no country on earth where a child will be sent to prison because they scored an F in an exam.
But every day, people lose their freedom, destroy their futures, or even lose their lives because of poor character, lack of discipline, greed, dishonesty, or violence.
Yet many parents panic over grades and ignore character.
If your child leaves school with integrity, discipline, empathy, resilience, and the ability to do the right thing even when nobody is watching, you’ve already won.
Academics can open doors.
Character determines what happens after those doors open.
The greatest product of any school should not be straight A’s.
It should be responsible human beings.
What’s your view?
Privilege is such an interesting thing I often find myself thinking about. We do not ask for the life we have, and that is why I'm very mindful of it. You often find it a lot in my writing.
Last week, my cleaner told me on Monday(2 days ago) was her birthday. I asked her what age we are celebrating and she said 33. Epiphany hit me that my agemate is my cleaner. I wore a wry smile as I nodded my head and told her to remind me on Monday so she could get her gift.
I then went to my room to deal with the epiphany of privilege. In another universe, that could easily have been me.
The world can’t carry everyone along.
Some will be left behind.
Some will be forgotten.
Some will be abandoned.
But may it not be you and I.
May we never be counted among those who watched destiny pass by… Or those who realised too late that they had been left behind.
May it not be you.
May it not be me.

LNG didn’t break my heart… she surrendered hers so her family could survive.
I once dated a girl back then in DELSU. Let’s call her LNG.
LNG was so prettyful. I think, if I am right, she contested for Miss DELSU and came 2nd... And based on the story I heard, she didn’t win because she wasn’t outspoken.
Her beauty and her physique were both crafted by God & the devil.
I was in my 2nd year when I met her.
Myself and @Larrywizzy4u were chilling at Glamor Stand when she passed and greeted him. They were close friends, and that was my first time seeing her.
I happen not to be the social type, so I really didn’t pay attention to whether she said hi to me or not. But I noticed her beauty and concluded she must be dating one of the top men on campus… or probably married.
When Larry came back, I told him how pretty the lady was, and he laughed, telling me how she had remained single from 100 level to 300 level. I was in 200 level, while Larry & LNG were both in 300 level.
He told me how guys had been shooting their shots at her, how big guys and top men from Asaba & Onitsha came for her, and how she still chose to remain single.
Well… I told him I would love to try my luck.
He busted out in laughter, telling me not to waste my time.
I woke up the next day and still found myself thinking about her, so I called Larry to come to my lodge.
When he arrived, I told him that by all means he should look for a way to make our paths cross again because I would love to talk to her.
Larry again said it was a waste of time and that I should let it go.
Since LNG was popular, he called a few of my neighbors and jokingly told them my intentions.
They all laughed at me and told me to let it go.
Well… I decided to let it go.
Later that same day, I was with Larry on campus when we saw LNG again.
This time, I said hello, and Larry did the needed introduction.
Then Larry whispered something in her ear.
I noticed how her mood went from 100 to 0 immediately.
I overheard her tell him she wasn’t interested.
I pretended my phone was ringing and excused myself immediately.
My interest died instantly.
When Larry caught up with me, he couldn’t stop laughing.
He told my neighbors, and they all laughed at me too.
The next week, I noticed I was seeing LNG almost everywhere… every time… every day.
But I didn’t say hi.
I just ignored her and carried on as if nothing had happened.
Then one day, Larry told me he had seen LNG, and she told him she had seen me several times and tried to say hello, but I kept walking past.
I pretended like I didn’t know what he was talking about.
One faithful day, I saw her again.
I tried to ignore her, but this time she walked up to me.
She asked what was up and wanted to know why I had been ignoring her.
I told her I hadn’t been ignoring her and never noticed her.
So we settled it.
Since we were both heading to Coca-Cola Villa to have lunch, we spoke properly for the first time.
She then asked if we could be friends.
I told her no.
I told her I recognized how she made me feel, and I didn’t want to be “just friends” with her.
Well… we had our lunch, and after that, we agreed to keep in touch from time to time.
On getting back to my lodge later that day, my meeting with LNG became the topic everywhere.
People wanted to know what happened… or what was happening.
Well… I just took advantage of the whole thing and acted like she was already my lady.
Almost nobody believed me anyway.
Weeks passed, months passed… I wasn’t seeing LNG like I used to. It felt like she was purposely avoiding me.
I asked Larry if he had seen her, and he said he sees her every day since they both attend the same lectures.
So I concluded she was avoiding me.
While myself and Larry were heading home one day, I saw her waiting for her taxi, and Larry waved at her.
Now she couldn’t hide or run…
So she slowly walked towards us to say hi.
