Decision made: going back to 6 tonne press. Need to make new frames, boards and tray. Double output hopefully #realcider

@CiderPolice It upsets me to grass up Thatchers, but why use concentrate when you can use local apples?

[Uncle Stoat's Cider @UncStoatsCider]

Just tried watery dabinet cider from M&S. Farm & orchard all over bottle but made from concentrate so no taste. Need to inform @CiderPolice

An owner of a trad Sussex variety orchard told me bad weather could mean a shortage of apples this year: bees weren't about at blossom time.

Have persuaded Uncle Stoat to revert to 6 tonne car jack press to up production speed. He's not happy as he's a basket case! #realcider
