@KLM Yeah I am perfectly aware. And I've been trying to book a flight for me and for them for a week, but there's always something happening on your end.

@KLM used to be my favorite airline, and I would proudly talk about KLM and even more while being an expat in the Netherlands.
All of that went down the drain while trying to book a flight with pets. It has been one week, still no flight.

@KLM I've already created a new booking, and now I will have to wait another 24/48 hours without knowing if I can get on that plane, because my pets NEED to come with me

@KLM I dont know how many calls I've had with KLM now. Multiple mistakes in the reservations made by KLM operators, reservations cancelled without warning me. And now after one week I have to retry and the flight is already 100 euros more expensive.
